Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Hardero order for a refund. This right of withdrawal applies to all orders, in accordance with standard consumer protection principles including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, your product must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging
- The product has not been used or tampered with
- You contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@floramobilityio.world with your name, order reference (if available), and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. For COD (cash on delivery) orders, we will arrange a bank transfer or alternative method as agreed with you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken, due to hygiene and safety reasons for food supplements.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.
